Version 1.2 · September 2026
Privacy Notice
What Amidera Exchange collects about you as a registered professional, why, who can see it, and where it lives. Short, because the platform holds little.
1.Who this covers
This notice covers the personal information of people who register on Amidera Exchange: prescribers, and the people who register a compounding pharmacy. The platform holds no patient or consumer information and has no field that could hold it.
Amidera Exchange is operated by RegimeX Pty Ltd, ACN 667 574 478, of New South Wales, Australia. In this notice “Amidera”, “we” and “us” mean RegimeX Pty Ltd. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
2.What we collect
- Who you are: your name and title, and for a pharmacy the name of the person registering it.
- How to reach you: your email address and phone number.
- Your registration: AHPRA registration number, or ABN and Pharmacy Board registration number.
- Your practice or pharmacy: its name, address, the state you are based in, the states you are registered in or serve, and for a pharmacy its compounding and sterile capability, chosen from set lists.
- Your demand signal, the peptide classes you log if you choose to, chosen from a set list with a coarse frequency band.
- What you do on the exchange: the connection requests you send and answer, saved searches, and the approvals and decisions made on your account. These are logged with a timestamp.
- Sign-in and session data needed to keep you signed in and the service secure.
There is no free text field on the platform. Everything above is either a set value or a short structured entry.
3.Why we collect it
- To verify that you are a registered professional, by checking your registration number against the public register.
- To run the exchange: show your profile and its verification status to the other side, and release contact details when a connection between two verified accounts is accepted.
- To show the demand signal, in aggregate only.
- To email you when something happens: a request received, a request accepted, your account verified.
- To keep an audit record of approvals and connections, which the service depends on.
- To keep the platform secure and to meet our legal obligations.
4.Who can see what
- Members on the other side of the exchange see your profile fields from the time you register: name, practice or pharmacy, location, states, capabilities, and whether your account is Verified or Pending verification. Not your email or phone.
- While your account is pending verification you can complete your profile, log your demand, browse and search the network, and see the demand signal. You cannot send or accept connection requests, and no contact details are released to you or about you, until we have verified your account.
- A member you connect with receives your email and phone number when a connection request is accepted and both accounts are verified, at the same moment you receive theirs. If either account stops being verified, the release is withdrawn. This is enforced by the database itself, not by the screen.
- Amidera administrators can see your details to verify and run the service, and every approval and decision they make is logged against their name.
- Your demand signal is shown to other members only as counts by region and class. Small counts are withheld. Nothing is ever shown against your name or your practice.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
5.Where it lives
Your information is stored in Sydney, Australia, with the infrastructure providers that run the platform: Supabase for the database and sign-in, and Vercel for the application and its usage analytics. Transactional emails are sent through an email delivery service. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
6.Cookies and analytics
The platform uses a cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one to remember that you dismissed the demand prompt. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited and how the site performs. It counts page views and load times in aggregate, sets no cookie, and does not identify you or follow you to other sites. It records the page path only: anything after a question mark in the address, such as a search term, is removed before the record is sent.
7.How long we keep it
Your profile and contact details stay while your account is open. When an account closes, the profile is removed from the exchange. The audit record of approvals and connections is kept, because it is the service's record of what happened and who agreed to what. Aggregate demand counts carry no personal information and are kept as history.
8.Your choices and rights
- You can see and correct your own details on your profile page at any time.
- Logging demand is optional, and you can clear it whenever you like.
- You decide which connection requests to accept; nothing is released until you do.
- You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or close your account.
- If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will respond. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
9.Security
Access to every record is controlled at the database level, so that a member can read only what the rules allow, and the contact gate cannot be bypassed by a screen or a script. Accounts are reviewed by a person before going live. No system is perfect; if you believe your account or your information has been misused, contact us straight away.
10.Changes
We will update this notice if what we collect or how we use it changes, and tell you when it matters. The version and date sit at the top.
11.Contact
