Terms of Use

The agreement between you and Amidera for using Amidera Exchange. Written plainly, because the platform is simple: it introduces verified professionals to each other, and nothing more.

1.Who this is for

Amidera Exchange is operated by RegimeX Pty Ltd, ACN 667 574 478, of New South Wales, Australia. In these terms “Amidera”, “we” and “us” mean RegimeX Pty Ltd.

Amidera Exchange is for registered health professionals in Australia: prescribers holding current AHPRA registration, and compounding pharmacies with an ABN and Pharmacy Board registration. It is not for patients or consumers, and it holds no patient or consumer accounts. By registering you confirm you are one of those professionals, or authorised to act for one.

2.What the exchange is, and what it isn't

The exchange is a directory and an introduction service. It lets a verified prescriber find a verified compounding pharmacy by capability and location, and lets the two connect. That is the whole of it.

The exchange does not:

  • supply, prescribe, dispense or compound anything;
  • take orders, hold a catalogue, set or collect prices, or process payments;
  • carry prescriptions, patient details or any clinical information;
  • provide clinical, regulatory or commercial advice.

Everything after an introduction happens between you and the other professional, off the platform, under your own existing obligations: AHPRA and Pharmacy Board standards, the Therapeutic Goods Act and state and territory law. Nothing on the exchange changes those obligations or stands in for them.

3.Your account

  • Give accurate registration details. We check them against the public registers to verify your account.
  • A person reviews every registration. Until then your account is marked Pending verification: you can complete your profile, log your demand and browse the network, but you cannot send or accept connection requests. We may verify, decline or later suspend an account at our discretion.
  • One account per professional or pharmacy. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
  • Keep your profile current. Tell us if your registration status changes.

4.What other members see

Your profile is made of structured fields: name, practice or pharmacy, location, states, capabilities. Members on the other side of the exchange can see those fields, with your verification status, from the time you register. Your contact details are not among them.

Contact details are released only when a connection request is accepted and both accounts are verified, and then to both parties at once. Until that moment they are not shown to anyone but you and Amidera.

5.Connection requests

A request carries who is asking and nothing else. There is nowhere in it for a message, an order, a price or a patient. Accepting one releases contact details both ways; declining one closes it. Use requests for their purpose, to open a professional conversation, and accept only the ones you want.

6.The demand signal

You can log which peptide classes you are interested in, and roughly how often. That is optional. The platform shows this information only as aggregate counts by region and class, and never attributes an interest to a named professional or a single practice. Small counts are withheld so that no one can be picked out.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • enter patient or consumer information anywhere on the platform, in any field, ever;
  • use the exchange to advertise therapeutic goods to the public, or otherwise contrary to law;
  • misrepresent your identity, registration or capability;
  • scrape, harvest or bulk-export member information, or share released contact details beyond your own practice or pharmacy;
  • use the platform for anything other than genuine professional purposes.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

8.Our role and our limits

We check registration numbers against public registers and a person approves each account. Beyond that we do not vet members, endorse them, or vouch for their capability, conduct or compliance. What happens after an introduction is between the professionals concerned.

The exchange is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Amidera is not liable for loss arising from your use of the platform or from any dealing between members. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9.Changes and ending

We may change the service or these terms. If a change matters we will tell you by email or on the platform, and continuing to use the exchange after that is acceptance. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We keep the audit record of approvals and connections after an account closes, as described in the Privacy Notice.

10.Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is to be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, or the federal courts sitting there, and you submit to their jurisdiction.
